Terms of Service

1. The service

InterviewLabs helps hiring teams publish roles, analyze CVs, run structured AI interviews by voice and video, and review interview reports backed by evidence. Features such as AI avatars and the Sona assistant may be offered as optional parts of the service.

We continuously improve InterviewLabs and may add, change or retire features. When a change materially reduces the service you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

2. Who can use InterviewLabs

Organization accounts are created by invitation and are intended for businesses and their authorized team members. Candidates use InterviewLabs only through an invitation or application link provided by a hiring organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use InterviewLabs.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Organization administrators decide who can access their workspace and what each team member can see and do.

4. Credits and payment

InterviewLabs is offered on a credit basis. Prices, credit packages and payment terms are set out in your order form or commercial agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of taxes.

An interview credit is consumed only when an interview report is produced. If an interview ends without a report, the credit is returned to your balance.

5. Your responsibilities as a hiring organization

You decide which roles, questions and evaluation criteria are used and which candidates are invited. You are responsible for:

• having a lawful basis to process candidate data and informing candidates about the interview, recording and AI assisted evaluation before they start
• complying with data protection, employment and equal treatment laws that apply to your hiring
• making sure job posts, questions and criteria are accurate, lawful and relevant to the role
• reviewing interview results before making hiring decisions

6. AI assisted evaluation

InterviewLabs uses artificial intelligence to conduct interviews, transcribe answers, analyze CVs and prepare scores and reports. These outputs are decision support. They can contain errors and should be read together with the underlying evidence such as transcripts and recordings.

Final hiring decisions must be made by people at your organization. You must not rely solely on automated results to make a decision that significantly affects a candidate.

We do not use your organization's data or your candidates' data to train AI models.

7. Candidates

If you take an interview on InterviewLabs, you agree to answer in your own words, to take the interview yourself and not to use another person or unauthorized tools to answer for you. Interviews may be recorded and supervised for integrity, as explained before the interview begins.

The hiring organization that invited you decides how your application is assessed and is responsible for its hiring decisions. Questions about the outcome of your application should be directed to that organization.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use InterviewLabs for any unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive purpose
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or models behind the service
• access the service by automated means, scrape it or interfere with its operation or security
• test the security of the service without our prior written permission
• upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others
• use the service or its outputs to build a competing product

9. Your data and our platform

Your organization owns the data it uploads or generates in InterviewLabs, including job posts, candidate information, recordings and reports. We process this data on your behalf and according to your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement between us.

We own InterviewLabs, including its software, design, interview methodology and brand. These terms give you a limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to use the service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without obligation to you.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the receiving party or required to be disclosed by law.

11. Availability and support

We work to keep InterviewLabs available and secure at all times, including during updates. Planned maintenance that may affect live interviews will be announced in advance whenever possible. Support is provided through the contact details below or as set out in your agreement.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms or your agreement, InterviewLabs is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any candidate assessment, score or recommendation is complete or free of errors.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using InterviewLabs at any time, subject to your agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are seriously breached, if payment is overdue or if continued access would create a security or legal risk.

After termination, you can request an export of your data within 30 days. Data is then deleted from our systems according to our retention schedule, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify organization administrators by email before it takes effect.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
